Return Policy
We here at Grounds for Debate want you to love your coffee. If you’re unsatisfied for any reason—wrong roast, damaged packaging, or just not your flavor—contact us within 14 days of delivery to start a return. Returns must be unopened, unused bags in original condition with labels intact; opened coffee cannot be returned due to health and freshness standards.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return (you cover return shipping unless due to our error), we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Refunds cover the product cost only; original shipping is non-refundable. For damaged or incorrect orders shipped by us (e.g., via Temecula Coffee Roasters), we’ll cover return shipping and rush a replacement at no extra cost.
Exceptions and Contact
No refunds on custom blends, sale items, or after 14 days. Email groundfordebate@outlook.com with your order number and photos for fastest resolution. We’re here to make it right—your satisfaction syncs with our fresh-roast mission. Policy updated April 2026.
